The Campaign for Carolina

Reimagining the arts and sciences for the public good.

The College’s goal in the broader University-wide Campaign for Carolina, which concluded on December 31, 2022, was $750 million. More than 37,345 alumni and generous friends of the College of Arts and Sciences committed $764 million for the College’s 19,000 students, world-renowned faculty and researchers, and the 43 academic departments and curricula that they call home. Leadership gifts within the campaign have supported entrepreneurship, PlayMakers, Honors Carolina, the Institute for the Arts and Humanities, the Writing and Learning Center, the College’s deanship, graduate student stipends and other areas of critical support for students and faculty.
